We recommend that you send documents containing sensitive or financial data only via agreed, secure channels specified by the advisor handling your case — not via unsecured email or instant messaging services. If you have any doubts regarding how to send documents, please contact our office.

4. Warning against attempts at fraud

DMS TAX Sp. z o.o. never asks for login details, BLIK codes, passwords or payment card numbers via email, telephone or text message. If you receive a suspicious message purporting to be from our company, please do not contact the sender and report the matter to office@dmstax.com or by telephone on +48 71 79 25 991.

5. Reporting incidents

Please report any suspected data security breaches or malfunctions of the Website immediately to office@dmstax.com. Such reports are treated as a priority.
